The dentist is very upfront and efficient. He waste no time with small talk. I've only interacted with him twice, but both times he was very precise and straightforward. I had my teeth cleaned by Ann, she was amazing and very nice. She did a great job making sure I was comfortable the whole time with no pain. I’ve had the best experience at Northpointe family dental, The service I received was awesome staffing was very friendly. Pam is awesome and Amber is so helpful, Ana is a sweet soul , Doctor did a great job!!! , my smile is on point! I had a lot of work done but was well worth every penny . I had bridge remove , I replaced missing tooth with bridge work an so much more. I’m very happy an I feel so much more confident smiling ear to ear!! They are great! Had an emergency. Broke one of my front teeth over the weekend. They got me in Monday morning and now the tooth looks super. Have a wedding this coming weekend and I was worried. My niece would never forgive me if I missed her special day. Now I will be there. Vir G.

This was our first time coming to this location. My family and I used to visit their other location on Alpine where we have been going since 2017. I love that this new location is closer to my home and they have the same great customer service as their other location. Dr. Yun and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, the office is very neat and clean just like the Alpine location, and I have no issue getting an appointment asap if needed. One of the best friendliest caring dental places I've come across to date. They fixed issues another dentist created right away. Very impressed with this office. It’s located in what used to be a bank. Inside is modern and clean. The receptionist was kind and took extra time to go through my procedures and payment options. The hygienist was gentle but extremely thorough. She kept me updated throughout the process. Dr. Yun was personable and explained what he was looking at and why. So glad I checked out this office! I absolutely LOVE the way NorthPointe Family Dental handles dental needs. Like many, I have dentist "phobia", and they were able to handle my fears with no problems, made me feel safe and when my friends have deep cleaning done at other dentists they are sore for several days after, I was not sore and felt great.
